Come cosplay, eat Pocky and drink tea. Costumes can be any copyrighted character, mash-ups, or original characters. Fun and prizes! All fans welcome.

This program promotes that library among young adults. It helps me recruit volunteers. It helps with social development, public speaking skills, motor skills and all the skills developed with costume creation.
