Program Description: 
NBA basketball meets video gaming. If you have what it takes to play and think you can beat other library members, then this tournament is for you! Following official nba.com rules, 2K basketball will be coming to the Ralph Ellison Library with no entry fees. We look forward to seeing your hoop skills on the virtual court! Ages 12 to 21, bracketed tournament, one game elimination.

Why will this program be successful?: 
RE previously presented a 2K16 event which was very successful with more than 20 participants; we awarded prized from Russell Westbrook and the event has been requested on several occasions.
How will success be measured/determined?: 
Number of participants and community interaction (teens and young adults).

I will have a book display the previous week of the event. There will be bookmarks, posters. When library staff does inter-reach, the program will be promoted to teens.

Yes, will be using supplies on hand.

All supplies required are within RE library; all awards will be donated for participants.
Final Comments: 
If volunteers are necessary, another RE staff member will be scheduled during the allocated times.
