Program Description: 
Slow down, get strong, de-stress and find your inner bliss while developing strength and flexibility with yoga! Beginning and experienced yogis are welcome, and be sure to bring your own mat. Our floor is carpeted. To continue your practice outside of class, check out a yoga DVD or book to learn more on your own. This is a recurring event taking place on Saturdays for six sessions.
