Program Description: 
From Morocco to Maldives, henna is used to decorate and celebrate. Come join us as we practice the ancient art of Mehndi in a fun and laid back environment. We’ll learn the history of this incredible tradition and see how it is used throughout the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent. Everything will be provided, we’ll show you the “how” and the “why” and have plenty of library resources to help you along the way. Note: Henna tattoos stain the skin for approximately 15-20 days. Allergic reactions are rare, but can occur. Parental consent is required to participate in this program.
