Subtitle: Kids Yoga | Description: Can you bend like a pretzel while balancing on one leg? Yoga doesn't have to be crazy or hard, it can be fun and challenging; making you stronger in body and mind! Join other kids your age and be guided through easy yoga poses and on to better health. Then checkout some kids' yoga books and videos and continue learning beyond the class! | Note at end of description- Yoga mats provided.

This has been a very successful program for the adult, YA, and preschooler age groups. Also, this age group for Yoga has been successful at other library locations.
