Program Description: 
Preschool Yoga Come explore the magical benefits of yoga in a fun environment. We will be focusing on yoga postures, breath/environmental awareness, and tapping into each child's imagination. This workshop brings out the star in every child. Sharing in playtimes is an excellent way to help children build social skills, promote learning, and discover that the library is a destination for fun!
