Program Description: 
Wills and Probate Workshop What is a Last Will and Testament?  Who needs one?  What is the cheapest way to have a valid Last Will and Testament?  Do all Wills go through probate?  What is Probate?  What is the cost of probate and how long does it take?  The attorney will address all of these questions and more.   There will be time reserved at the end of the program for general questions on the subject matter covered. Trusts and Probate Workshop Who needs a Trust?  How is a Trust different from a Will? Why would you choose a revocable Trust?  Is an Irrevocable Trust better than a revocable trust?  Will Medicaid take the assets that are in the name of the trust?  Can my creditors take the assets that belong to my trust? How does a trust avoid probate? Do I need to avoid probate? The attorney will address these questions and more, and there will be time at the end of the program to ask general questions about the topic covered.
