Program Description: 
Teens: need a quiet place to relax? Wiggle your toes and take a deep breath: this introduction to yoga class is for you. Join others your age who are interested in giving yoga a try, and learn basic mental focus techniques, breathing, and controlled postures. Ask any questions you have about the practice and we’ll point you to some library resources to continue learning. Yoga mats provided, registration required.
