In addition, our expert librarians can show you how to access and utilize the free services of the Metropolitan Library System that will help you on the road to higher education.

Our goal is to make people smarter - this program will provide information to high school seniors and their parents on different kinds of financial aide available as well as general college planning.

Kelli Kelnar from OCAP has presented this program at BI and several other libraries in MLS over the years and she always has a positive experience.
