Program Description: 
Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative Program(Recurring) Thursdays July 21, 28 Aug 4 and Aug 11 1:30 pm--2:30 pm ADULTS and Seniors(Registration at Library) Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind is created to help individuals understand the many ways you can maintain a healthy brain. The workshop consists of four enriching sessions, each one hour in length. Those who take Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind will learn more than a dozen ways to improve their physical and mental health.
