Program Description:
The health benefits of yoga include stress reduction. The concentration required during yoga practice lends to focus your attention on the matter at hand, and thereby reducing the emphasis you may be putting on the stress in your life. Shauna Leonard of Edmond, OK will lead these sessions. Classes are free and space is limited.
