Program Description: 
Developed by the Stanford School of Medicine, this Self-Management Program is full of tools and information that will help you regain control over your chronic condition and symptoms. This interactive 6 week series will help you to walk away with tools for better breathing, techniques to control symptoms such as sleeplessness, pain and fatigue and depression. Other tools will include fall prevention, relaxation skills, making informed treatment decisions and communicating with your doctor and caregivers.
