Blurb
Would you like to use a description from the Blurb Bank?:
No, I'll create my own blurb.
Program Description:
You're never too young to be a scientist! Join us for an afternoon of experiments as you learn more about the world around you. Stations with different hands-on activities around a specific theme will be set up. This program will be geared towards children between the ages of 4 and 8. It will use materials and equipment that might not be available to children otherwise. That is to say, the purpose of the program is not to present activities that kids can easily replicate at home. The purpose is for the library to provide a unique experiment they can't get anywhere because of the materials or equipment involved. In this way, it's a variation on sensory play time which has activities that parents might be reluctant to do at home.
