Program Description: 
Join with other kids to discuss a great classic or award winning book. We will have a snack, and play a game, make a craft or enjoy a special guest. Our book title for this month will be Shannon Lucid, Space Ambassador by Carmen Bredeson. The book themes and reading level are appropriate for grades three and above. Read the book before attending. Reserve your copy early from the library. Some copies of the book will be available at the Information Desk.

The Kids' Book Club challenges good readers to broaden their reading and share their thoughts on their reading with their peers. An activity with each book allows them to express their experience of the book the book in a unique and stimulating way. Students discover new resources of the library

Satisfy Curiosity: Visitors explore their interests using the variety of information at the library.

Students will want to come to the library to share their interests with a gathering of peers.

The goal is to have eight to sixteen participants who have actually read the book in advance of the class.
