Program Description: 
A story time just for you at your neighborhood library! Introduce your little ones to the library and create excitement about reading. Attending story times and using resources of the library helps build a foundation for your child’s future success in school. Connect with others while enjoying books, music, rhymes, a flannel board story and craft. A professional librarian will lead story time and share tips on reading readiness.

Why will this program be successful?: 
The families with find resources useful to prepare their child to enter school, discover resources of the library and create social opportunities for children that will prepare them for the school environment.

Attendance of 12 to 25 children plus their adult sponsors. Families will return to the library for additional learning opportunities and take home some resources from the library.
