Manager Comments:
This program looks promising, therefore I'm approving it! One thing that I am asking for all PPC requests in the future is to use the new SOaP instead of the old strategic plan when explaining how and why a program meets the goal of MLS. The drop down for the strategic plan lists the old goals, but that should change soon.
