Empower yourself & your loved ones with information to assist with the transition when your life's journey changes. Connie Daniels, with Legend at Rivendell, will visit with us about the legal forms needed when our parents age and need that extra support. Library staff will be on hand to demonstrate our online legal forms database.

This program meets the goal of "Library Members First" as it will serve as an opportunity for attendees to explore local resources to assist them when it comes to caring for their aging parents. It will be a very supportive and educational program that will help families transition into this new phase of their lives.

Why will this program be successful?: 
This will be a successful program because it both connects attendees to community support services and introduces them to our library databases and local programs.
How will success be measured/determined?: 
Success will be determined by attendee feedback and follow up discussions. I will be teaming up with the presenter to discuss our local services and databases that may be of use.
