Cardio Dance Aerobics: performing basic dance moves to build cardio endurance and provide all over body toning.

An open area to provide the freedom to move and a stereo system that is capable with a CD or iPhone hookups.
Background/Hobbies:
Sheridan was Zumba Certified for 2 years and as of now, she teach cardio dance aerobics for over 3 years as well as being a certified Pound Pro. Sheridan has taught cardio dance aerobics at First Baptist Church of Midwest City for about a year and a half before we lost the venue. Also taught Adult classes at Tilt Dance Company along with Pound classes.
