Public Services Announcement - October 05, 2022

It’s time for this year’s ODL Reference Transactions Survey. The survey will run from Monday, October 17 through Sunday, October 23, 2022.

It is suggested that each staff member submit their own numbers each day at the end of their shift using this link. However, locations may find it easier for one or several staff members to submit results instead of having each staff member submit their own results individually, check with your local management team to coordinate the submission of aggregated results. Attached is a document that helps to explain the difference between Reference and Non-Reference Questions. Locations may also create a tally sheet for the service points so that one person can submit each day's numbers.
