Ground Rules 

Staff Development Day is a time for us to come together as a team to collaborate and develop our skills. To help us maximize this day of events and accommodate many different learning styles, all participants are expected to adhere to the following ground rules: 

• Be present and focused
• Actively participate in the day’s events, including attending all sessions in their entirety
• Limit distractions by removing devices (laptops, cell phones, etc.) in the learning environment
• Respect confidentiality
• Listen to other's opinions and respect individual differences
• Speak up and ask questions
• Start and finish on time
• Enjoy yourself!
