One of the most effective ways to keep your attitude positive is by taking care of yourself using attitude anchors! You may have learned about attitude anchors when working through your People First Learning Path over the past few months.
There are two types of attitude anchors:

Maintenace anchors are behaviors that help you maintain a postive attitude.

Repair anchors help you bounce back or recover from a bad mood or interaction.
My Attitude Anchors are my co-workers that I work with every day. I may come to work feeling grumpy, but when I see the first co-worker I light up because each of you make me smile!

No matter what I know that I will have my person and Let's Plays to watch at home. On the rougher days I know that I can power through because of that.
