In this plan, we created the Messaging—External section with the intent to support staff conversations with the public. We also want to highlight the Scripts section for the web banner (the announcement at the top of metrolibrary.org) and social media to show the system’s commitment to transparency with the public. The information in the press release was current at the time it was distributed, but we have since updated the curbside hours throughout the plan to correspond to new curbside hours effective October 1, 2020.
We plan to create a similar communications plan for each stage of our reopening, and we will share it as it becomes available.

Thanks for posting this! I hope everyone gets a chance to read through it. I found it helpful to know what messaging is going out to the public, and to make sure I was on the same page as everyone else regarding this phase!
Also, if you are reading this and haven't checked out the commercial, I highly recommend it! :D
