The RDs wanting to attend the SA meetings worries me a bit. I think SA representatives may not feel comfortable speaking their minds as they normally would if RDs or other admin were there. Maybe just have special meetings with RDs when collaboration is needed to find solutions to any problems.

This is something we have discussed in our meetings, and we are still fleshing out exactly how this would work. At the moment, our working thought is to invite a rotation of directors to attend periodic meetings, so they would not be present in every meeting.
