When can we order supplies from the Supply Catalog?

Items will be added to the Supply Catalog as they become available. Prizes will go live in the Supply Catalog on Monday, June 3. 

In May, EPS will send out an assortment of prizes for all ages to cover the first week of SR. 

The following are best practices to keep in mind when requesting promotional items and prizes.

• Each library should have 1 designated point person (and a back-up) in charge of ordering all SR supplies for their location. Check-in with your LM and EM to find out who the designated point people are at your library! 
  • This will help prevent duplicate requests.
• Weekly supply orders are due by end of day Monday.
  • Do your best to judge how many supplies you will need for the following week.
  • Orders placed by Monday will be pulled on Tuesday/Wednesday and arrive to their destination by Thursday/Friday.
  • Don't hesitate to reach out directly to EPS with emergency supply requests! If you need more than max order call EPS direct.
• While it's ok to have extra on hand, please be mindful that supplies are for the whole system.
  • Please do not stockpile prizes. 
  • If you have set aside items for programming and/or large groups make sure to communicate this to programming staff and all managers.
  • Please give EPS a heads up and a timeline for needed prizes for large groups ASAP.
