Salute: Denise Courts

Over the last few weeks, Denise has helped me more than once with the tedious process of submitting travel reimbursement paperwork. I've had tons of questions, popped over to her desk a number of times, and had to redo the forms more than once! But Denise ALWAYS smiles, has kind words, and patiently helps get the work done. She contributes to making Metro a positive, encouraging workplace in such an immense way. While other people may have met this situation with frustration (and would have a right to!), Denise's seemingly-endless kindness makes her such a joy to work with. (Thank you, Denise!!)
