I want to thank Heidi for all of the great work she does coordinating volunteers. She is quick to deliver high-quality service and do what she can to support public service staff. I know members are thankful for what she does behind the scenes. She is the library system's own Meryl Streep: incisive talent, sharp wit, and strong work ethic.
