I second that salute. She is always very helpful. She has to have the patience of Job to deal with me almost daily.
Jeffrey also has a great sense of humor and never makes me feel dumb for the questions I ask or the many times I call her. I third that salute!

I can't say enough good things about Jeffery! She is so helpful and patient with me, and plus she is fun to talk to. I know that when I call her I am going to get my question answered, all the help I need, and she will follow up to see if the problem was resolved. She's the best.
