To clarify, is the change from Circ and Ref to Access and Engagement considered a change in staffing model or service model?

When Kay explained the differences from 'old' to 'new' with the T-charts on the board last week, that was very helpful. I hope the sides showing 'old way' and 'new way' can be posted on the Alignment page with a brief explanation. I think that would be very helpful for everyone.
The Engagement/Access refers to our new service model. The explanation is included in each of our Alignment meetings with staff and is in the PowerPoint document on the Intranet. The staffing model refers to the number of Engagement and Access staff needed in each library based expected workload, number of current staff, and size and output measures.
