How many new positions does this Alignment create? Will there be more FT positions as a result of this alignment?

The Alignment will not actually create any brand new positions.  There may be 5-10 new full time positions as a result of the Alignment, but these will be filled utilizing existing vacancies. Any staff member whose qualifications match the requirements can apply.  All part time staff members who are part time today will remain part time unless they apply for a vacant full time position.  Moving forward, when a part time staff member vacates her position, the managers will work with Administration to determine if the position needs to remain a part time position, or be converted to a full time position.
