What range of questions will the Call Center handle? Will they do research? Answer reference questions? Answer circulation questions?

While they may be able to do all of the things you mentioned, we have not yet determined the full list of responsibilities of the Call Center. The Alignment Committee will be working with a functional work group to better formulate the goals and expectations for the Call Center staff.
