Collection Management-Who will be responsible for collection management. It looks like collection management falls under access services. Will the engagement staff no longer have any collection management responsibilities?

The responsibility for weeding, using Collection HQ and other tools, will be a responsibility of the Access staff. As we will be looking at the collection as one collection housed across the county, it is also likely that the Collection Management staff (formerly the Materials Selection staff) will be more involved in shaping the collection after purchases have been made (i.e., weeding, transferring, and management of the Collection Anywhere Center/Warehouse).
