How will we ensure that we have adequate coverage at each location given the new staffing models? If a small library primarily has part time librarians, will that mean that library only has a part time children's librarian who's expected to do the work of a full time librarian at a medium branch?

We are building the staffing models specifically for the purpose of ensuring adequate staffing. Because each library has a slightly different model (the models in the Alignment slide decks were based on average numbers and were for illustrative purposes only), the expectations for each may be different. Because of that, it is highly unlikely that a library with one one part-time children's librarian would be expected to achieve the same results as a library with a full-time children's librarian.
