There are a lot of things to figure out for this alignment. How is the Project Team going to manage to come up with answers ? Will they be deciding everything, or are they going to form sub-teams to tackle some of the problems?
Members of the Alignment Project Committee will be responsible for the Alignment's successful completion. Specific questions and details may be delegated to specific divisions, departments, work groups, or other functional teams to determine the finer details of the plan.
