Program Description: 
Bring Back the Music offers three program options: Let's Dance and Sing, I like to Make Beats and Rap, and So You Want to Play in a Band. 1.) Do you like to sing and dance? Bring Back the Music focuses on performing arts education which reaches beyond the fundamentals of music education. This class opens up the world of singing and choreographed dance for young vocalists. An excellent introduction to performance, this class students work on developing the basics of proper singing and dancing techniques in a disciplined but enjoyable way. 2.)Do you like to Rap or make some beats? Bring Back the Music focuses on performing arts education, which reaches beyond the fundamentals of music education. Students will have fun unleashing their creativity in our computer lab! Students will use the program "Logic X" to realize their musical vision, be it hip-hop, R&B, rock, pop, or funk while learning the fundamentals of composing, sequencing, mixing and synthesis. 3.)Do you want to play in a band? Guitar players, wind players, pianists and drummers are invited to enjoy music making with other musicians and instructors. Bring Back the Music focuses on performing arts education, which reaches beyond the fundamentals of music education. Students will be placed in trios, quartets and quintets as appropriate, and music is selected in accordance with students skill level.
