This program meets the goal of learning as enjoyment. It has been challenging to build a regular early childhood program here. I am still in the process of collecting information from families who express interest. In the meantime, this program serves the purpose of having at least one early childhood program offered, but it requires minimal staff preparation and financial investment.
Which Strategic Plan Response/Goals does this program meet?: 
Ensure a Welcoming Experience: Visitors are welcomed into an atmosphere of hospitality, exemplary service, and friendly interaction.
Why will this program be successful?: 
It has been explained to me by more experienced programmers that in order to build a program, there need to be a level of consistent availability. It os my hope that his is a step in the right direction.
