You do a great job!

We just received this Share Your Story* from a new library member that has been "blown away" by the wonderful programs and services you provide!! I had to share it with all. Kudos!!

Our family just moved to Oklahoma and we are blown away with the experiences we have had the library this summer! My five year old son, Evan, excelled in reading this summer through children reading to dogs, and the summer reading programs. We attended many events at both the village library, and Edmond locations. These free events, exposed him to plays, music, science, and physical activities that we could never have experience in our previous city. It bought out altruistic behaviors for my son like him wanting to donate some of his bookstore, and writing his own book for the library. He now likes to read to our dachshund at home, and enjoys doing puppet shows for her. The staff was always smiling and friendly, and I notice many times the staff going above and beyond to help people with the computers. One elderly patron was having rough time on the computer one day, and the librarian was very genuine in helping her. A big, big thanks to all the staff and event presenters for giving my son and I awesome memories this summer!

Sally, at the village library, was in particular very helpful, inviting, and friendly to us. She stands out helping people.
