Program Description:
Presented by a the Oklahoma School of Metaphysics. Most people habitually think incessantly throughout their lives, never pausing to fully experience the present moment. In this lecture we discuss methods for cutting through the busy brain chatter to create the empty mental space to facilitate real creativity, deep inner peace, genuine interpersonal connection, and the experience of the most wonderful and exciting moment that has ever been – the here and now. Many will experience a taste of what it is to be truly present simply by attending and giving their full attention to this lecture.
