Program Description: 
Is your summer garden full of produce? Wondering what to do with all the excess? Home canning can make your summer bounty last year round. In this one hour workshop we will discuss the basics needed to begin home canning. Participants will learn the difference between water bath and pressure canning, learn what equipment is needed and how to use it properly, and how to safely can your own produce at home. This workshop will be taught by Oklahoma County OSU Extension FCS educator Amanda Ford.
