Blurb

Would you like to use a description from the Blurb Bank?:
No, I'll create my own blurb.
Program Description:
Jeremy and Kelsey are ready to whip you into shape! Actually, they believe that fitness and health can be a fun challenge. Juggling, unicycling and hula hooping are challenging, but are also very rewarding. There are many ways to stay fit, that is why it is important to find something that YOU enjoy and to challenge yourself to get better at it. Daily physical activity helps children concentrate and improves memory and imagination, which are really important for their reading habits. Be sure to pick up a video or book about other fun ways to stay fit on your way out!
