Edgar is a great example of customer service to both internal and external customers. He always has a smile and a positive word to share with the staff while he is at our location. While at Edmond this summer Edgar noticed that a customer had dropped a cord from his computer bag. This customer is blind did not see it on the floor. Edgar took the cord to him. Realizing that the customer was having trouble navigating the busy library Edgar escorted him to the outer doors so that he could meet his ride. I know how busy the maintenance crew is in the summer and I appreciated that Edgar took a few minutes to give great service to one of our customers who needs just a little help beyond the usual.
