Ingredients
8 slices bacon
1 bag coleslaw, check for any weird ingredients
1/2 cup light tasting olive oil
3 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls honey
1 tbls dijon mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook bacon for 15 minutes or until crispy.
While the bacon is cooking, combine olive oil, acv, honey and dijon mustard in a blender until creamy.
Stir in celery seeds.
Mix coleslaw, bacon, cherry tomatoes and dressing together.
Let sit for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
