Christian is so incredibly helpful. It seems like without fail the day I have the weirdest possible IT question Christian manages to be the unlucky one who picks up on the other end. However he is always upbeat and willing to collaborate with you to try and find out a possible solution. In the rare cases where he is not able to fix the problem immediately he always takes down your information and makes sure to get you follow up assistance.
