Salute: Rachel Kopchick

The first time I met Rachel I was charmed by her smile and warmth. What I like about her is that she is happy to champion a project. At a recent manager's meeting she gave a presentation on the L.E.A.R.N. model for customer service. It was amazing! She was more than willing to give the same presentation at one of my staff meetings. I am impressed with her customer service skills and enjoy one-on-one interactions with her. She is a great asset to MLS in collaboration and teamwork.
