Program Description: 
Be Your Own H.E.R.O.: Man2Man Workshop H=Honored E=Empowered R=Resilient O=Outstanding FOR MEN ONLY!! The role of men is evolving and being redefined in today's society. Often these expectation and roles are confusing, leaving men to scramble to define themselves. There will be discussion of male stressors, healthy relationships, male hierarchy and much more. Dr. Steve Nedbalek with the State Department of Health will lead this discussion program.
