EBSCO Senior Training Specialist, Lisa Jones, will use basic and advanced features to highlight the materials within these three resources. Books, trade journals and magazine articles will be searched in the reference centers along with exploring some hidden features of Novelist. The support site will also be covered for additional training and promotional resources.
