Zumba Fitness is the world's favorite dance fitness program. I use Latin & International rhythms to keep participants moving for the entire class. The size of the room will determine how many people can attend.
Space or Technical Considerations:
Class size depends on available space. I prefer the largest room available, with a few chairs on the side for participants who need to rest.
Background/Hobbies:
Simple steps can be modified to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout. As a trained dancer, I offer clear instructions and demonstrations , with simple non-verbal cues to lead the class.
