Lucille Mulhall

Lucille Mulhall was “America’s first cowgirl” and an expert roper, trick-rider, and rodeo performer, raised near Mulhall, OK, in the 1890s and early 1900s. Lucille is carrying books by Oklahoma authors Joy Harjo, Louis L’Amour, Michael Wallis, and S. E. Hinton. Lucille is with Wall-E, the dog who survived being abandoned and twice euthanized at an animal shelter in Sulphur, OK, in 2011. He was adopted and now lives with a family in Pennsylvania.

Solomon Bassoff

Biographical Information: 

Solomon Bassoff of Faducci Studio has developed uncommon applications of hand sculpted concrete enhanced with applied Italian glass mosaic. His whimsical and expressive sculptures have received enthusiastic acclaim and have been acquired by both public and private collections. He has received commissions from Woodland Park Zoo, WA; Sacramento Parks and Public Gardens, CA; Sundial Bridge, CA; and Central Davis Gardens, CA. Through exhaustive research, he has developed a technique of hand sculpted concrete that has changed the view of a common material into detailed sculptural applications.

Solomon was born in 1952 and is self-taught in the exploration of concrete. He lives in the foothills of California.
