Prepare: Respect Service & Safety at Work

Continued training for all staff on how to safely handle disruptive individuals in the workplace. This four-hour interactive training session prepares staff members to identify agitated individual and techniques to de-esculate their behavior. The MLS Rules of Conduct provides the guidlines for behavior related issues.
