Staff Development Day 2024 Meals

AM Snack

• Seasonal fresh fruit

• Assorted muffins, croissants, and pastries

• Served with cream cheese, butter and jellies

• Assorted fat-free yogurts and granola bars

Lunch

There will be four lunch options to choose from. You will make your lunch selection within the survey when you register for the event. All staff attending will be provided a box lunch. Assorted chips and fruit will be available with boxed lunches. Mustard and mayonnaise included in each box.

Chicken Caesar Wrap

Flour tortilla with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese tossed in a Caesar dressing.

Served with pasta salad and a brownie.

Turkey Sandwich

Kaiser roll with turkey breast, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Served with potato salad and a brownie.

Southwestern Salad
(gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan)

Fresh mixed greens, sweet roasted corn, black beans, and avocado on a bed of cowboy caviar with vegan chipotle ranch.

Served with individually-wrapped Bobo's Peanut Butter Oat Crust Bar.

Plant-Based Chicken Sandwich
(gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan)

Gluten-free bun with plant-based chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, vegan Swiss cheese and a side of vegan mayonnaise.

Served with quinoa salad and an individually-wrapped Bobo's Peanut Butter Oat Crust Bar.

PM Snack

The library will be providing an assortment of snacks in the afternoon.

Please feel free to pack your own snack or lunch.

Beverages will be available all day. Beverages include sodas, water, and tea. Coffee will be provided by Not Your Average Joe!
