Northwest staff will offer personalized readers’ advisory services to customers upon request.

In April 2013, NW began offering Tailored Titles, a personalized reader's advisory service. Customers are interviewed using a guideline list of predetermined questions. An annotated list of suggested titles is emailed to them within 4 working days. Customers without email have a list waiting for them to pick up within 4 days. Response from customers is very positive.
Each month NW staff provides 5-10 Tailored Titles reading lists for customers of all ages. Feedback from customers continues to be positive.
